Our Make a Will Clinic’s are run by Oliver & Co Solicitors who are based in Chester. They have very kindly agreed to waive their fee in return for the hospice to receive a donation for their services.
Our Will clinics are often in high demand. To secure your appointment, we ask for a £50 deposit, which will be deducted from the suggested donation for your Will.
As we have experienced a high number of late cancellations, the deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your clinic appointment. Full terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
Please note that the usual standard charge for Oliver & Co will making services are £350 +VAT for a single will and £500+ VAT for a joint will.
Single Person Will – suggested donation £180
Joint Will – suggested donation £250
