Although Christmas can be a time of great joy, it can be the most challenging time of year for those still coming to terms with the loss of a loved one. This Christmas, the hospice team is once again offering an opportunity to remember and celebrate the life of someone special by dedicating a light on one of the trees in the hospice grounds.
Lights can be dedicated to anyone who holds a special place in our hearts.
Every penny of the funds we raise through this initiative will go towards providing amazing care and support to local patients and families when they need it most during their end-of-life journey.
Friday 4th December
7pm
This is an outside service with tea, coffee and mulled wine. The hospice building will not be open to Light up a Life visitors but there will be toilet facilities in the Coach House.
The service will be held in the Coach House car park, with parking on site based on a first come first parked basis. If parking in Backford village, please be considerate to our neighbours.
We will have additional parking at Fire & Stoves on the A41 with a free shuttle bus service.
