By accepting these terms and conditions I agree to take part in the above event. I take part at my own risk and confirm that my general health and fitness are adequate. I understand that the Hospice of the Good Shepherd is not responsible for any damage or loss of my property howsoever caused, or for any personal injury (including death) unless caused by the negligence of their employees or agents. I also understand that photos and videos may be taken of me during the event which may be used to publicise future events and the work of the charities generally. The hospice reserve the right to refuse participation to any entrant in the interest of safety.
