Be a monster, get your carving knives out or oven gloves on this Halloween, have fun and raise money for your Hospice!
With this Halloween being yet another scaled down event, with parties and events being cancelled, we are giving you a reason to get dressed up, carve that pumpkin or bake some spooky treats. So if you need an excuse to feel a little freaky, then here’s your chance. We are holding a spooktacular photo competition, with 7 different categories to enter into, and will be judged by some very scary people indeed. The winner of each category wins a prize, so if you are…
If you are baking creepy cupcakes, bloodcurdling biscuits, spiny chilling cheesecake or something equally as monstrous, take a picture of it and enter our Ghoulish Cake competition to brag and bag yourself a prize
…Carving a Pumpkin!
Over the last few years, putting a pumpkin outside your house has signalled to the local children that you invite them to come trick or treating. So if you are carving a pumpkin this year, take a picture and enter it into our Petrifying Pumpkin competition. Of course, if you’d rather not encourage visitors to your door this year, you could still buy a pumpkin to make a soup or a pie, and still enter the pumpkin carving competition
…Trick or Treating!
Are you going trick or treating this year? Is your face mask part of your costume? Before you head out to collect as many sweets as you can find, take a picture and enter it into our Best Costume or Scariest Make-Up competition.
…Getting Ready for Trick or Treaters!
Are you decorating the house to scare your visitors, does your garden look like a spooky graveyard, then why not enter it into our Spookiest House competition? Do you also get dressed up to give the kids a fright? Then send your picture in by entering our Best Costume or Scariest Make-Up competition.
It just costs £2.00 to enter each photograph, and you can enter as many categories and as many times as you like. Just sign up below if you are getting your freak on.
Competition closes on Tuesday 3rd November 2020 at midnight. Winners will be announced on Friday 6th November 2020
All photographs sent in will be displayed in our Facebook Spooktacular Photo Album
The object of the photograph is being judged, this is not a photography competition.
The judging panel will decide the winner with a majority vote.
