Make a Will Clinic

Our Make a Will Clinic’s are run by Oliver & Co Solicitors, who are based in Chester. They have very kindly agreed to waive their fee in return for the hospice to receive a donation for their services.

Single Person Will: suggested donation £180

Joint Will: suggested donation £250

Please note that the usual standard charge for Oliver & Co will making services are £350 +VAT for a single will and £500+ VAT for a joint will.

Due to the volume of late cancellations we have been receiving a £50 deposit is required to secure your place. This £50 will be taken off your donation for your will. Any cancellations less than 7 days before the clinic will be non-refundable. Full terms and conditions can be read when you book.
