We are looking to recruit a full time Clinical Administration Team Leader to work within a small busy team, providing effective and efficient secretarial/administrative support to all clinical areas including the Inpatient Unit, Living Well Centre and Medical staff. This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. There is a requirement for attendance at occasional evening meetings.
The successful candidate will have a mature outlook, experience of leading a small team and be proactive with the ability to respond to regularly changing priorities. You will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently whilst recognising the need for empathy, sensitivity and confidentiality when working with colleagues and the public. Applicants must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, consistently demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
